Shipping Charge:

Free Shipping on Standard Orders of £30 or over £30. If your order is under £30, you must pay a flat cost of £3.

There may be a sur charge applied for certain addresses (N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish And Scilly Isles) 

Shipping Destinations:

Kovendor proudly offers shipping services solely within the United Kingdom, ensuring focused and efficient delivery to all our customers across the country. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Processing Time, and Transit Time :

  • Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
  • Transit Time is 1 to 2 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note that these are estimated times and can be subject to variations due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

   The actual arrival time of products = Processing Time + Transit Time

Order Cut-Of Time:

Order cut-off time 03:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

Delivery Terms:

We mainly use DPD Local or FedEx to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours so you can follow the progress of your order. 

If you do not receive tracking information from us within 24 hours of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kovendor.co.uk.

Multiple Addresses

For a single order, we don't provide shipping to multiple addresses. Please put separate orders for each address where you want the things delivered. Here is where to reach us if you need assistance with this: support@kovendor.co.uk.

Change Address:

If you need to modify the delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is shipped.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please ensure you provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking:

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Track your order page and entering the tracking number or order number and email.

What if my item is lost in transit?

Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you, please reach out to us at support@kovendor.co.uk and we will work to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Return:

Kovendor will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Must be the item returned to us in the original condition and their original packaging. Returning the products then let us know by email at support@kovendor.co.uk.
